Frank Harlan is half of FranMo Urban Farm. He is the half that plans the events and presides over the wedding ceremonies, and when needed, hosts a couple's reception activities. Because of Frank's work in the wedding industry, he and his wife created The Gardens at FranMo Urban Farm to provide an epic location for couples to host their smaller wedding productions.
